Clients come from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia (other countries welcome!). Your coaches are all practicing physicians or clinicians and certified as charting coaches - with over 2000 hours of coaching experience in the specific area practice efficiency. 

Our members range from the first 5 years of practice to within 2 years of retirement!

Inside the program you get weekly live group coaching  to get specific help in any area of the program that you need help. Come to the sessions that suit your schedule or catch the replay! 

The sessions will be recorded and the replays are available inside the course portal. However, to get the best possible value out of the program, have the intention of showing up live and asking questions whenever you feel stuck or overwhelmed, we are here to help you!

Outside of the weekly coaching calls, there is a private Facebook group for support, motivation, and encouragement. You can share both your struggles and your successes.

This is up to you and the size of your backlog. You may decide that you are able to achieve this goal within the program's time frame. For some participants, this will not be possible or necessary. You will learn the skills you need to get forward momentum in the area of your backlog. Remember that you are always accumulating new backlog items, so a strategy that you can continue to use for years to come will be invaluable.

You will have lots of opportunity to get support, fall off the wagon, dust yourself off and reset. There is no expectation that have to be "cured" or execute the skills/steps perfectly - imperfection is welcome! In fact, we are going to encourage and celebrate every little win!
