Frustrated

I met with my coach today.
 
I was a hot mess (as always)  and I realized that I was trying to resist my feelings.
 
Frustrated.
 
I named it.
 
I have spent the last week trying to resist the feeling of frustration.
 
When we resist a feeling we get very little done.
 
For me it showed up as overeating, over-facebooking and being short tempered.
 
If I allow frustration to be there like a heavy coat and I believe that I can get everything done wearing my heavy coat then I actually get to work!
 
Also, When I believe that I can achieve my goals wearing my heavy coat of frustration it actually gets lighter.
 
Fascinating.
 
I was adding my own suffering by trying to not be frustrated.
 
I hope this helps someone today
