Goal Dare!
Jan 11, 2021Not a resolution for the whole year. I am daring you to pick a goal for the next 30 days that will stretch your comfort. Make it simple if you wish. You could choose to floss twice daily instead of once daily. Stick to an eating protocol. Do yoga daily for 30 days.
It really doesn't matter what it is. The process of committing and paying attention will help you grow and learn.
The good news is that there's no downside to believing that you can achieve new things for yourself.
The worst that can happen is that you do not meet your goal and guess what - you would be exactly the way you are now if you failed.
Because right now you are the person who hasn't achieved your goal.
Additionally, you will have learned new skills in the process of stepping toward your goal.
So ... What do you want to create?
Why?
What would be different about your day or life if you achieved this goal?
What could you do today to step toward that goal?
