My youngest is 16 today! That was way too fast!
Let's talk office efficiency:
Frustrated because office processes? Red tape? Not my job pushback?
Unless you are in an admin position it can be difficult to make system changes.
If you are trying to make your workplace more efficient start with you.
Look at what you specifically do and if there is anything that would make your life easier.
Sometimes you come up with great solutions.
My favorite is to ask my brain "What is a better way of doing this" and it works on a solution over a few days or weeks.
Just bringing awareness of how you do things will be very helpful to start to notice how you could improve your corner of the world 😁
